Woodbourne Solutions announced today that it has added a Vice President of Marketing & Sales, Victor A. Furnells, to support business growth.
"With the increase of our expertise in emerging technologies, we felt the time was right to expand our account management and business development practices," said Woodbourne Solutions President and CEO, John Fendrick. "Having a executive-level sales person on staff allows us to better serve both our existing and expanding customer base."
The new VP, Victor A. Furnells, has 13 years of executive-level experience in the software, association, and publishing industries. Mr. Furnells most recently managed the Washington, DC office for TSCentral, Inc., the leading online resource for the trade show and exhibition industry. During the second quarter of 2001, he generated 214% percent of the assigned quota, and had met the annual quota by late August.
Prior to that, Mr. Furnells managed sales for MEI Software Systems and was the Director of Business Development for Virtualogic, Inc. He was also a senior association executive for several national organizations, responsible for marketing and selling exhibit booths, corporate sponsorships, and advertising.
