Developed by Woodbourne Solutions for the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC™), the Operations and Financial Data (OPFIN™) System, is based on the annual AAMC™ COTH Survey of Hospitals' Financial and General Operating Data. With this system the AAMC™ staff maintain a database on information such as hospital operational, staffing, financial, GME, Medicare impact, and utilization data.

The system, which was developed using Cold Fusion and Allaire Spectra on an Oracle database, also allows COTH Financial Survey participants to query the data elements collected on the annual COTH Financial Survey. Users may set report parameters, define custom cohorts, and download the survey data directly to their personal computer.
