A system for the Survey Of Housestaff Stipends, Benefits And Funding was developed by Woodbourne Solutions for use by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) to collect Housestaff survey data.

This data includes annual information on resident salaries and benefits, recruitment benefits, and other organizational data for US residents in more than 8000 resident education programs.

The data tables also summarize the responses from 266 COTH-member hospitals and display the majority of data in a cross–tabular format, which facilitates comparison of information across multiple peer groups.
