On June 10, 2003, the Architect of the Capitol selected Woodbourne Solutions to integrate Equilibrium(R) MediaRich(TM) Image Server to dynamically update and
manage images for the United States Capitol Complex in a secure Web-based Environment.

Woodbourne Solutions integrated the open-architecture of MediaRich Image Server with Oracle Corp.'s Oracle9i Database and the office's existing PaperThin, Inc.'s CommonSpot(TM) Content Management Server framework to provide online browsing and ordering of photographs using a lightbox interface.
